To deliver calls with high-definition (HD) voice quality and eliminate packet loss or telephonic jitter, BulkSMS maintains dedicated SIP trunks connected directly with core national carrier switches. Our redundant SIP proxy groups manage audio streams using robust carrier codecs, principally G.711 (alaw/ulaw) and G.729 for peak compression and bandwidth optimization.

Our Text-to-Speech (TTS) synthesis engine is driven by advanced neural AI voice models. The API converts text strings into Brazilian Portuguese while preserving natural accents, syllable flow, and grammatical pauses. Developers can program speed parameters, voice genders (male or female), and regional accents dynamically inside the API payload, guaranteeing an highly professional, low-friction user experience.

To drive down corporate authentication expenditures, we pioneered localized Flash Call systems. Traditional SMS OTP validations incur full network fees per delivery segment. Flash Call sidesteps this: our system dials the user’s phone number and automatically disconnects after 1 second (missed call). The security token matches the trailing digits of the Caller ID (e.g., +551128028**2910**). Since the voice call is never bridged, the MNO carrier fee is zero, while bypassing SMS network delays.

Lastly, we facilitate direct acquisition and porting of local virtual numbers (DIDs) compliant with national ANATEL standards. Enterprises can secure fixed or mobile DIDs in over 50 major Brazilian cities, unifying their automated IVR incoming desk, porting legacy networks without fiscal delays, and generating encrypted MP3 call recordings archived inside secure regional server nodes.
