2. Data we collect
Data you provide: name, business email, phone number, company ID, billing details.
Automatically collected data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration (via analytics cookies with consent).
API usage data: request logs, destination phone numbers (hashed), message delivery status.
3. How we use your data
- Delivering the contracted services (SMS API, WhatsApp, Voice)
- Communicating account, billing and product updates
- Technical support and customer service
- Security and fraud prevention
- Improving our products and services
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
4. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We only share it when necessary:
- Telecom operators: destination numbers for message delivery
- Payment processors: billing data for invoicing
- Authorities: when required by law, court order or ANPD
5. Data retention
Account data is retained for the life of the contract plus 5 years for tax and legal purposes. API logs are retained for 12 months. Marketing data is kept until consent is withdrawn.
